Hi Everyone!
Mixed news and feelings today. I successfully reinstalled Sims, it's working like a charm and is faster than ever! I downloaded all the sliders today and some other mods so I'm on the track of coming back!  BUT! Even if I managed to recover the lost dog files with a software they were all damaged and could not be loaded... This means that they are all gone except for Nenet. So... I have to retire all my dogs as I can not remake them as they were registered so I have to start completely fresh... I am thinking very much about what to do. Shall I continue with Taigh Arasgain and bring in new dogs or should I start with a new kennel with a new story...? The primary breed will be the Dutch Shepherd no doubt about that... Maybe you can help me with this decision by giving some advice if you like Hope you all are having a wonderful day! <3 |

I like to restart my kennels when something happens to them lol. Maybe if you don't want to totally move away from Taigh Arasgin you could make your new kennel a new generation so to speak? For example I was Crimson Reed Kennel before the hiatus, but decided to make a new kennel for the new SKC. For story telling purposes though, I had my new kennel Audlin owned by the daughter of my old character Victoria Reed. If you did it like that you could still have the old connection, but a new beginning as well? Just my thoughts on it.

oohhh yay! it's great to hear you are coming back so soon and that your game is running smoothly. it's great chance to change things up a bit. i like audlin's idea too  maybe a renovation too i would love to see in part what the new Taigh Arasgain looks like |

RP: My husband came to me one night saying that he has something to tell me. He was very serious and to be honest got me a little bit scared. He got a phone call the other day and a genetic research company offered him a well paying job where he can do what he always dreamed of doing. But we had to move. I froze. Our life was here. Family, friends, dogs and our daughter just started school. I looked into Henry's eyes and I knew that this is something we can simply not turn down. I promised to help him follow his dreams and this was it!
My father, James, was the funding parther of TA. He was the one who helped us grow and also offered his expertese when we were somewhat clueless. He was one again our guardian angel (as he's always been). Being close to becoming a pensioner, he offered to manage Taigh Arasgain with the help of our good friend and one of the best handlers we know, Wesley Arnott.
Long story short, moving went smoother than I thought. In a couple of moths we got settled down and I could start planning our new kennel with a friend who was new in town as well. We bought the land weeks after the plans of the new establishment were finished. This is how Pine Brooks Estate was born!
We'll never forget TA but it's time for a new challenge and to start fresh!

Also, a new breed is introduced to our kennel family, the Great Dane. Our newest import Ricochet is a very calm boy, making us fall in love with him more and more every day. Here's a pic of him  |
