Maintain show records
As a Record Keeper you will be entrusted with maintaining our point logs. You will be assigned a show type/board and upon the judging of show, it is your responsibility to log an update a dog's point standings. We will no longer have our member fill out point forms, and it is therefore imperative you keep track of shows and results.

Update titles
Due to the fact that you will be monitoring points on the site, you will be directly involved in making sure all titled dogs are notated as such. As with our Judges, you will be provided a Title Packet which will include special buttons/ribbons for titled canines. You will provide the necessary button/ribbon upon completion of title.

Update records in a timely fashion
We understand that life gets in the way and this may be a difficult undertaking. If you cannot keep up with your current tasks, do not hesitate to reach out to another staff member for help. If this becomes a habitual instance you may be asked to step down for a time until you are able to take up your responsibilities once more.
