@ Bari We must've same documentary, it was the one with attempted legal action against dogs with chronic health problems placing in conformation shows like Crufts, right? The bulldogs I'm talking about aren't a true revision of the standard for health, If I'm not mistaken, the breed came about when some bulldog loving breeders were truly upset that a dog could not represent his standard and still be a healthy dog and so created this "new" breed to represent health and conformation. If I'm not mistaken, they look alot like the old photos of them, just a bit less leg and smaller Definitely! Feel free to send a PM and we can discuss getting you your own Bulldog @ Lutador Yup, that's the one! I have no idea how widespread they are yet but there's some breeders in my area that really have the right idea so I thought it might be worth a mention

Zeuwi yes! that same one. i remember because then i knew nothing about dog showing, i kinda despised it for that very reason and thought it was kinda pointles (although in certain cases the standards are supossedly there to make the breed better, ie white boxers have associated deafness issues), and crufts really rung out. it also talked about the hip problems and the wobbly gait of german shepherds. However, virtual sim showing seems very fun. I haven't showed any of my dogs yet, but i will soon. Great, I'll PM you
